Definitions

SPS volunteer

Non-SPS volunteers serving in SPS schools

I. 学校义工类别

2. Remote Volunteers

II. Types of School Volunteers based on Supervision Levels

1. A类(有监督的学生联络)

1. School Volunteers

2. Self-Help Volunteers

IV. Internal volunteers

1. Student Volunteers

V. Visitors and Guests

Visitors must:

• Be sponsored or approved by a school site or district employee.

Guests must follow any additional school-specific visitor rules.

Volunteering in schools provides many benefits:

Being a Volunteer

Becoming a Volunteer

To begin volunteering with the school district, you must follow the volunteer applicant district requirements. 一旦获得批准，你必须:

FAQs

Why do I need to purchase a background check 远程辅导学生?

Are caretakers considered “remote volunteers”?

Student Confidentiality

What are some signs of possible child abuse?

Tips for Volunteers

8. Students make mistakes. Let them know that making mistakes is part of learning. Don’t be afraid of making mistakes yourself.

1. Visit  Good Samaritan Website
2. Enter the email address you used to apply with us originally
3. Enter your birth date
